 The following article on my troubles with the BStU the "Gauck Officials" is from the German daily newspaper "junge Welt" (Young World).

Update # 3: 

The following is a link to a copy of a court order from June 20, 2000 ordering me to pay 1.716 DM 90Pf to Joachim Gauck within two weeks or they will come knocking on my door for the money. Aus diesem Beschluss kann ohne weiteres die Zwangsvollstreckung betrieben werden...

Update # 4: 

Some good news. I'm finally getting a "day in court". Following is a summons from the court in Berlin to appear on the 10th of October 2000 to have my case heard, and for me to give a written response on behalf of my case within four weeks of receiving the summons. It seems that the authorities in Berlin have finally gotten the point that they will only receive co-operation from me if they are willing to grant me my right to due process (threatening me with a 500 000 DM fine, or imprisonment without granting me time to consult a lawyer, or a chance to argue my case in a court of law is clearly the wrong way to present themselves as representing a nation of laws).

The following is the October 10th Court's ruling against me (I will of course appeal until I win back my rights).

There are other possible Gauck domains other than the international .org,.com,.net and German .de available. Do they all automatically belong to Mr. Gauck? Let's look at the absurdity of the BStU position a little more systematically. Here's a list of all the possible Country Domains for Gauck.

Perhaps the court in Berlin should check them all out and see if I have registered any of them also into my name. Perhaps I already have, or will. Are we to believe that under penalty of One-Half-Million-German-Marks, or imprisonment no one other than Mr. Gauck and the organization that he leads - the BStU - are allowed to have use of them, or only if they do not criticize the politics of the BStU? What have the British to say about this, or the Americans, or the Austrians, or the Italians, or the Canadians, or the ...?
